Born with the natural gifts of intuition, energy sharing, psychic abilities and premonitory dreams passed down from her maternal lineage, Heather-Rae delved deep into the spiritual world from a young age.

Heather-Rae had spent 18 years as a professional hair and makeup artist, working closely with celebrities, high profile magazines, and major clothing lines, all the while actively listening to the highs and lows of people’s lives, cultivating stories on the human experience, and nourishing the emotions and well-being of her clients. One day, she had an epiphany. Instead of creating external makeovers — she needed to offer internal makeovers — mind, body, and spirit.

Over the last 25 years, she has researched and experimented with many ancient, as well as modern ways of obtaining optimal health, transformation, and well-being. She’s nearly done it all — Kundalini yoga, Pranayama breathwork, energy healing, sound healing, silence retreats, dance therapy, acupuncture, sensory deprivation chambers, shamanic trainings, hypnosis, Amazonian frog venom and sacred healing plants — and that’s just a few to name.

Heather-Rae has tenaciously applied these results to her own life to heal her past, naturally stave off the aging process, and connect to the higher realms of consciousness and is confident in her mission to bring this awareness to everyone who is called to it.
